Title: Solvo Founder, President & CEO

Cofounder, president, and CEO of SOLVO Biotechnology, Hungary’s largest independent biopharmaceutical company. He is also founder and president of the Hungarian Biotechnology Association, a representative organization that actively lobbies on behalf of the interests of its member companies and the biotechnology sector in Hungary. As an entrepreneur, Ern? has founded or cofounded 13 companies in the past 15 years, including a corporate finance consulting company focused on high-tech Hungarian start-ups and Hungary’s largest online second-hand bookstore. He was Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary in 1998 and 1999 and President of the Junior Achievement Foundation Hungary from 1997 to 2006.
Ern? is a member of the Research and Technology Innovation Council, the board of trustees of the Bay Zoltán Foundation for Applied Research, and the board of the Hungarian Association for Innovation. He has taught English language, applied economics, and management studies. Presently he is an invited lecturer at the University of Szeged, where he teaches a course titled “Biotechnology from a Business Perspective.”
