Born 1972, Dr. Topinka graduated from the Faculty of Organic Chemistry, Masaryk University Brno. Since 1995, he has been working in LACHEMA, a.s. as the Product Manager for Fine Chemicals. In June 1996, he became Assistant R&D Manager and an advisor in the field of management and project planning. In 1999, he finished postgraduate studies at Masaryk University (organic chemistry) and was named Technical development manager - the head of the team of project managers responsible for portfolio and technical projects. As of 2001, he has served as Director of Pharmaceutical Product Supply. Since 2002, he has been working in the management of the transformation project in PLIVA - Lachema. Since April, 2002 he has served as Vice-chairperson of the Board of Directors for PLIVA - Lachema.
