Mr Rychlewski has a degree in Medicine, he conducts research in bioinformatics and decided to devote a part of the company to investing in newly founded innovative companies dedicated to biotechnology and pharma. He organizes cooperation between research and business area, he isCentre of Excellence CITech coordinator. He have worked on 8 projects from 5th and 6th EU Frame Programs.
