2008-09-12 Adamed equity investment

Adamed, a leading Polish pharmaceutical company, has agreed to take an equity investment in Read-Gene and purchased shares representing 7% of Read-Gene capital. In making this investment, Adamed acknowledges the quality of Intellectual Property and of the research & development capability of the Read-Gene team.

The investment will be followed in the near future by specific projects of co-operation, with particular emphasis on the United States.
