2009-12-02 “From idea to the market” – Largest Polish incubator of innovative technologies started

Science2Business is the largest Polish incubator of innovativeness started to support inventors in introducing their ideas into market, creating innovative companies, protecting intellectual property.

The incubator will operate in very perspective sectors: biotechnology, telemedicine, renewable energy, informatic and mobile technologies.

The companies created with the help of incubator will gain valuable advise of experts, space for research and up to 200 thousands EUR grant. The support is sourced in European Programme of Innovative Economy 2007-2013, and functions as seed capital for ventures in the initial stage of growth.

“We aim at proving that innovative solutions together with profits from their commercialization may stay in Poland, and not leave the country often in exchange to their partial value. The main aim of the incubator is to stimulate scientists, engineers, inventors, and also business representatives to develop innovative technologies and to build profitable start-ups on their basis” – said Krzysztof Czaplicki, biotechnology director of the Science2Business.
