2009-10-27 New window of Enterprise Europe NetworkPartner organization Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) South Poland inaugurated its website in April this year. Centre of Technology Transfer at CracowTechnical University is a coordinator of the initiative. The website encloses information on the EEN South Poland project, lists members of the consortium, as well as provides news published by the members. Furtheron, a database with technology and business cooperation offers will be set up.
EEN was established in 2008 as a network of centres supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) sector with information and advice. The structure is based on Innovation Relay Centres (IRC) and Euro Info Centres (EIC) united by European Commission within novel EU initiative – Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme.
EEN operates in more than 40 countries and it clusters over 500 partner organizations. The EEN South Poland partner includes four regions of Poland: Malopolskie, Podkarpackie, Slaskie, Swietokrzyskie.
