2009-04-15 Poland: Fresh biotech company develops innovative plant protecting product

Newly established Polish company SN Biotech Technologies has just patented first innovation – novel non-selective herbicide. The product is now protected worldwide and its development was supported by EU funds, ‘Innovative Economy’ program (Operation 5.4), to the tune of 172 054 PLN.

SN Biotech Technologies offers commercialization services, including support of Intellectual Property protection, innovative product development, marketing and PR to scientists and research units.

The company operates in the area of biotechnology (agroculture, medical and industrial), chemistry (R&D projects related to plant protection products and fertilizers) and nanotechnology.
