2009-04-07 Poland: Financial injection for Bioton

Bioton has concluded contract with Ryszard Krauze who decided to invest 21 million PLN in this biotech company. Mr Krauze will receive 105 million of newly issued shares in exchange. Investor has already discharged prepayment of 15 million PLN. The contract on financing Bioton has been concluded by PROKOM Investments at the end of January 2009. PROKOM owns 33.31% of Bioton shares.

Prokom Investments is an investment company which belongs to Prokom Group. The company possesses shares and is a strategic investor for companies operating in the branches of IT, biotechnology, building and property developer.
