Accordind to previous PAP informations, owned by the Polish Misistry of the Treasury Pharmaceutical Holding (PHF) is planning to sell all Polfas by the end of 2009 to consortia or investors from the branch.

The first to privatization is Polfa Tarchomin. Next are is Polfa Pabianice and Polfa Warszawa, respectively.

Polish Pharmeceutical Holding is owner of 69% of Polfa Trachomin stocks. Other 16% belong to the Ministry of Treasury and last 15% belong to employees.

PHF has also 80% shares of both Polfa Pabianice and Polfa Warszawa. In case of those Polfas 5% of both enterprises stocks belong to Ministry of Treasury and remaining 15% belong to employees of both companies.
