Hungary has significant achievements in scientific research projects, so now is the time to find ways to transfer knowledge to the economy via international partnerships, says Aliza Bin-Noun, Israel’s Ambassador to Hungary, referring to a bilateral agreement Hungary and Israel expect to conclude by the beginning of 2009.
