The Quantitative PCR Core Facility is situated at the Institute of Biotechnology AS CR, v.v.i. as a part of Laboratory of Gene Expression. The Quantitative PCR Core Facility provides high-throughput genotyping analyses using a high-throughput instrument BioMark^TM from Fludigm. The BioMark arrays enable the radical increase of the sample and assay throughput while using 1/200th the amount of reagents. We can perform the analysis with only 3 µl of your sample.
